Kelsey Powell is a bright, articulate, and clever student currently attending the Bucks County Technical High School. She is enrolled in the Commercial Photography program. A Croydon resident, Kelsey has limitless enthusiasm and zeal! Kelsey's strong interest in nature and photography made her an excellent candidate for this new program.

While Kelsey's interest in photography first made her an appealing candidate, her interest in sharing her new found knowledge with other students made her the perfect intern.

Kelsey feels limited by her current classes. She is not exposed to nature photography, or real life photography business models. Her activities with the Imaging Foundation will fortify both requisite skills.

"To be successful, I need get a feel of what it really means to be "working in the real world." According to Kelsey, "Georgienne and the group have been nothing but supportive, energetic, and completely accepting of me. As cheesy as it sounds, having the opportunity to have met these people has been actually life changing. If it wasn't for Georgienne I would be going away to college for something I wanted half-heartedly. Coming from such a small town, I never thought an opportunity as big as this would be possible. Nature photography is what I want to pursue, and with real life experience I will be successful.   I really look forward to being able to pass on this energy to other students in my program and in my community."

Kelsey's expedition will give other students inspiration and hope.
